Individual Counseling

Therapy is more than just a space to talk—it’s a space to understand, to be challenged, and to grow. I work with individuals who are ready to explore the deeper layers of their experience: the patterns they keep repeating, the beliefs they’ve carried for years, and the parts of themselves they may not fully understand yet.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for your story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-worth, life transitions, or relational struggles, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work to uncover the “why” behind your challenges—not just manage the symptoms, but create lasting, meaningful change.

At the core, my goal is to help you connect more fully to yourself—so you can move through life with more clarity, freedom, and self-trust.

Relationship

Counseling

Helping people improve their relationships is a true passion of mine. I work with couples using the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) framework, which is one of the most research-backed, effective approaches for helping partners move through conflict and rebuild emotional closeness. EFT is grounded in the understanding that our need for connection is wired into us—and when that connection is threatened, it can trigger our deepest fears and insecurities.

My role is to help you and your partner better understand your emotions, patterns, and attachment dynamics, and to guide you toward deeper connection, healthier communication, and lasting change.

I also work with individuals who want to explore their relational histories—especially if you’re struggling with attachment issues, finding yourself in the same painful relationship patterns, or unsure why closeness feels hard to maintain. Whether you’re in a relationship or seeking one, this work can help you better understand yourself and build more secure, fulfilling connections.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be tricky. Often times, unhealthy relationship patterns have been brewing for a long time, making relationships among family members confusing and painful. Often, lack of boundaries and individuals feeling stuck in a particular role they play in their family contribute to a feeling of dysfunction in family relationships. In family therapy, together we can uncover these unhealthy dynamics that need to be changed and find ways to move forward into new and healthy family relationships.
